CaveSim provides amazing standards-aligned programs for schools and other organizations.  This page is all about our online classes (go here to learn about in-person programs).  We offer preK-12 online classes about physical science, chemistry, geology, life science, STEM, history, art, and other subjects.  We align our program with what students are currently learning, and students love our exciting demos and hands-on labs.  All programs are taught by experienced educators, and use the theme of cave exploration to get students excited about learning traditional subjects.  Send us a message to plan a program for your school.

What are CaveSim virtual field trips and online learning? Watch these cool videos:

"Awesome"
The experiments were awesome and my students really enjoyed it. This information was very new to them and I think that they learned a lot!

Jaclyn Miron, 5th grade teacher, Centennial ES, Colorado Springs

"A wonderful break"
My students loved seeing the climbing equipment "up close" and learning those cool tricks. It was a wonderful break from my science lessons.

Victoria Denison, 4th grade teacher, Wooldridge Elementary, Austin, TX

"Engaging"
The class was an excellent mix of technical caving demonstrations and the scientific principles that are involved in exploring caves. Dave did a great job of engaging the students and keeping them connected with hands on labs to explore how rock type, weathering and erosion play a part in cave formation.

Corey Combs, science teacher, Holmes Middle School, Colorado Springs

"Great job!"
That was great! I liked the way you tried to get different students involved, had them providing words, making connections, etc.... Great job!

Yann Ulrich, assistant principal, Holmes Middle School, Colorado Springs

"best thing we've done"
This is the best thing we've done all year! You were SO engaging! You constantly asked the students questions and they never lost focus because of that. Also, there were several hands on demonstrations which were so interesting!

Annie Bostick, 5th grade teacher, Wooldridge Elementary, Austin, TX

"learned a lot"
The kids really enjoyed the presentation. I think they all found it very interesting and learned a lot. They had many opportunities to interact with Dave.

Stephanie Crocker, 3rd grade teacher, Boone ES, Austin, TX
